Agreement between customer and A Lot of Bounce LLC
Welcome to A Lot of Bounce LLC terms and conditions. A Lot of Bounce LLC is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein (the “terms”). Your use of services from A Lot of Bounce LLC constitutes your agreement to all such terms. Please read these terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless A Lot of Bounce LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use A Lot of Bounce LLC services , any user postings made by you, your violations of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. A Lot of Bounce LLC reserves the right, at its own costs, to assume the exclusive defense and control for any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with A Lot of Bounce LLC in asserting any available defenses.

Booking and confirmation
A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid prior to set up and can be collected on day of delivery. No booking will be considered confirmed until deposit is received. Any modification to booking order (e.g. change of guest count, equipment change) must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the day of delivery.

Payment
A 30% deposit is required for every rental. Full final payment must be received prior to set up and can be collected on day of delivery. Deposits and final balance must be made in US funds in the form of cash, or any of the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

Cancelations made by ALotofBounce LLC
Rented equipment will not be set-up if raining, high winds, no adult, 18 or older, is present at delivery, or if there is extremely unlevel surface or for any other reason that it will not be a safe to set up. If unsafe conditions are present and the equipment was not set up, another date may be booked if available, or a full refund will be applied.

Cancelations made by customer
We ask that you please give A Lot of Bounce LLC at least 48-hour notice of cancelation before delivery date appointment. The cancelation of less than 48 hours will forfeit the 30% deposit. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the delivery date appointment will result in a full refund.

Delivery, set up, pick up
A Lot of Bounce LLC will deliver, set up and collect all rented items at the event location agreed upon in contract. Delivery and collection times will be arranged in advance and customer must ensure access to venue location is made available to A Lot of Bounce LLC. Customer is responsible for ensuring venue is accessible, safe and ready for set up upon arrival by A Lot of Bounce LLC. All rented items must not be moved from the original set up location without prior approval from A Lot of Bounce LLC. Exact delivery times are subject to change by A Lot of Bounce LLC and will be arranged with ALotofBounce LLC and customer approximately 48 hours prior to the day of delivery. Delivery times are to be within 2 hours of the requested time of delivery. Exact time deliveries, are available upon request with a $100 charge and is subject to availability. For deliveries over 50 miles from Elk Grove, a delivery charge of $40 will be applied to final billing charges. Additionally, if your reservation is made within 48 hours of requested delivery date a $100 charge will be applied. Pickup times are approximate. Driver may arrive as early as the “end” of the “Rental Period” or as late as two hours after “End” of “Rental Period”. Customer are responsible for all the equipment until it is picked up by our driver.

Damages and Liability
Customer is responsible for any loss, damage or theft of all rented equipment while in their possession or use. Any damage to rented items will be assessed a repaired or replacement cost will be charged to customer. Customer agrees to use all items responsibly and according to their intended purpose. A Lot of Bounce is not liable for any injuries, accidents or damages to persons or property arising from the use of rented equipment.

Privacy
Your use of A Lot of Bounce LLC is subject to A Lot of Bounce LLC privacy policy. Please review our privacy policy, which also governs the website and informs customers of our data collection practices.

Safety/Operating
In addition to the information set forth in this agreement, customer acknowledges that there are safety/operating instructions printed on the equipment. Customer agrees to read those instructions and operate the equipment in accordance with these instructions. Customer further acknowledges and understands that it is the customer who is solely responsible for the correct and safe operation of this equipment. By entering into this agreement, Customer acknowledges that there is a risk of injury or damage arising out of the use of this equipment. Customer voluntarily agrees to keep and maintain all safety rules for the correct, safe operation and installation and use of all equipment, and to assume any and all risk of injury or damage. In particular, customer will not permit the equipment to be operated by anyone who has not received instruction from customer on the safe operation and use of the equipment, nor shall customer allow any person to use or operate the Equipment when it is in observable need of repair or when it is in an unsafe condition or situation.

Specific Rules and Instructions for inflatable:

The following rules and warnings must be followed:

  • All safety and operating instructions contained on the inflatable must be complied with and followed at all times.
  • For the safety of all children, adult supervision is required at all times. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
  • No one shall operate, supervise, or enter the inflatable if under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other legal or illegal substance.
  • No one should enter the inflatable with any type of existing injury.
  • No “Silly String” is permitted to come in contact with the inside or outside of the inflatable, as this causes irreparable damage.
  • Customer acknowledges that if the inflatable is damaged by “Silly String” or any similar product, or damaged in any way, then a $1,000.00 fee shall be automatically imposed by the lessor and shall be immediately due and payable by the customer.
  • Please have users remove items such as glasses, dangling earrings, anklets, bracelets, belts, shoes, and any sharp or bulky items that may be in pockets.
  • No horseplay in or around the inflatable at any time. Do not play or climb on outside walls, netting, side columns, or the roof of the inflatable.
  • Warning: Children under 3 years of age and individuals with head, neck, back, or other musculoskeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants, and others who may be susceptible to injury shall not be allowed to participate.
  • It is unsafe to stay in the inflatable if winds exceed 15 miles per hour (MPH), during rain, or if there is a threat of rain. Have all persons exit the bounce house, then unplug the blower unit and allow it to deflate.
  • Absolutely no food or drinks inside the inflatable.
  • Do not move the inflatable from its set-up location.

Specific Rules and Instructions for Tent Rentals:

  • Tents are temporary structures designed to handle most normal weather conditions; however, situations such as high winds or lightning can become unsafe. Evacuation of tents is recommended if these conditions arise during the rental.
  • All customer and guest items must be removed from the tent area prior to pick-up.
  • Customer authorizes access for A Lot of Bounce LLC to the event rental location for pick-up.
  • Customer agrees to contact 811, a free "Call Before You Dig" service, and have all underground utilities marked at the event location where the tent is to be set up. Failure to complete this prior to the day of delivery will result in cancellation of the tent rental and forfeiture of any deposit.
  • The tent will not be set up without underground hazards being properly marked.
  • Alternatively, ballast weights can be provided at an additional cost.
